If you are wondering what that little exalt and smite under a person's profile is, then wala... you have come to the right place my friend.
Exalt: is a little thing you click on when you feel a person has done a wonderfuleroo job. :)
Smite: is a little thing you click on when you feel a person is misbehaving a bit :(
So yeah. Exalt increases your karma and smite decreases it. I thought I could just give everyone a little poke on that ;-)
